• If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method

5. PRICING, TAXES & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)

You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Payment processing is handled through Shopify Payments and its authorized third-party processors. We do not store or control your payment information

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States only

Orders are fulfilled through a U.S.-based third-party logistics provider (3PL). Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, regulatory issues, or events beyond our reasonable control

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges

Refunds or replacements will be considered only if:

• The product arrives defective
• The product is damaged during transit
• An incorrect item is delivered

To request a resolution, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic proof and a written description of the issue

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted outside this timeframe or without adequate documentation. Opened, used, or altered products are not eligible
