Do you accept international orders?
At the moment, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we hope to offer in the future, as we continue to grow with care.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Once your order has been processed, standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days.
If you’ve selected expedited shipping, delivery typically occurs within 2–3 business days
These timeframes are estimates, and while we do our best to meet them, delivery may vary depending on carrier conditions
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow its journey
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Because orders are prepared promptly, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

What is your return policy?
All preparations are made with care, produced in small batches, and packed by hand. For this reason, purchases are considered final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof and a brief description. Each inquiry is reviewed thoughtfully, and we will take appropriate care to resolve the matter
